The Challenge: I was tasked with independently developing a new sprinkles brand from concept to launch for leading cake-decorating manufacturer, PME Cake. The challenge was to create a cohesive, full-circle brand experience—covering everything from the physical product and sustainable packaging design to the final launch campaign and social media content.
Outcome: I owned the full creative process from big-picture strategy to the fine execution details:
Product & Packaging: I directed the colors, shapes, and mix composition for each SKU with the manufacturer. I then designed the recyclable packaging range, using a custom die-cut window and themed colors to balance sustainability with visual appeal.
Brand Identity: I built the entire visual world from scratch, including the logo, color palette, and typography system.
Art Direction & Social: I led the launch photography, designing the sets and mood boards to give each theme a unique story. I then created a full suite of cross-channel social assets, including motion graphics and video, for a bold launch campaign.
