The Challenge: I was tasked with creating a series of custom illustrations for Ocado’s internal leadership development program, Ocado Cares. The challenge was to take abstract, high-level leadership concepts and translate them into engaging visuals that clearly depicted each stage of the program, all while working strictly within Ocado’s existing brand illustration guidelines.

Outcome: I brainstormed a creative narrative that fit within the established brand style, anchoring the leadership journey around a space exploration theme. To make each stage immediately identifiable, I conceptualised a distinct scene for each step of the program. By focusing on strong storytelling and high-level craft, I took a rigid corporate framework and turned it into an intuitive, visually engaging journey that was easy for colleagues to navigate while remaining unmistakably Ocado.
